The Association of Multiple Listing Agents is an independent body comprising of a membership of Estate Agents in Spain who are committed to the highest professional standards.

AMLA was founded in May 2006 on the Costa Blanca to provide a framework for professional agents to market their property on the internet within a framework that addressed both the needs of the Consumer for higher standards of service in an unregulated industry and the increasing importance of the internet as a medium for marketing property services. We have combined the skills required for Page 1 exposure for all major, (and minor), keyword searches with professional tools for industry at a cost that is a fraction of that charged by advertising sites.

Membership Fees

2008 saw one of the toughest economic climates for estate agents in Spain. In an attempt to assist, we suspended all membership fees for our members. but even we have bills to pay!

Therefore, from January 11th we will be charging members at the rates set out on our membership costs Page. We have kept our fees to a minimum and still offer the greatest internet exposure for property listings at less than half of most advertising sites.
