The second link of the bi-line submitted to the the directories will point to the category in the blog where we post the article. This will provide sustainable 'juice' to give individual posted articles their own PR.

The result should be that the quality site should validate the directory submissions and give the links recognition. It would be a good idea to also post on a limited number of other high quality blogs over a period of time to assist in validation. We will do this for 3 - 5 of our own blogs ranging in PR value.

It will also help to give the article on the blog a Permanent PR value over time providing 3 good PR links to you site permanently

Following distribution in just 3 days, the articles that have been cached have already had an impact pushing the Page from position 21 to 14.
