Sagra is one of five villages in the Rectoria area. Sagra clings to the sides of Caval and Migdia Sierras opposite the Girona river. This area was one of the last bastions of resistance by the Moors against the Christian monarchy. Sagra has maintained a typical Moor town structure with twisting narrow streets.
